We provide fast home delivery across all cities in Morocco. Orders are processed immediately and typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days depending on your region. Once your package is dispatched, our courier partner will contact you directly to arrange the exact delivery time.
We offer Free Delivery on all orders nationwide totaling 500 DH or more. For orders below 500 DH, a standard flat-rate shipping fee will be clearly calculated and applied on the checkout page before confirming your order.
Absolutely not. Eivor® operates locally within Morocco. The grand total price shown on your checkout page is the final exact amount you pay to the courier upon delivery. There are no surprise handling fees, customs tariffs, or hidden transactional costs.
Orders & Product Sizing
You can view the real-time status of your order directly from your dashboard by logging into your account section. Your shipment will transition through transparent handling stages, including "being handled", "goods loaded", "On road", and "shipment arriving" to keep you perfectly updated until the package reaches your hands.
Every product page features our simplified size guide link alongside the variant select menus. For sportswear garments, you can simply match your overall height to the recommended layout spectrum. For combat gear and training footwear, reference the specified flat widths and exact centimeter foot metrics for an optimal, secure fit.
If your item doesn't fit correctly or has an unexpected fault, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your package. Products must be completely unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all brand tags intact. Please reach out via our contact page to initiate the process.
Payments
To provide maximum convenience and security, we specialize in Cash on Delivery (Paiement à la Livraison). You don't need a credit card to place an order; you simply pay the exact final invoice amount in cash directly to the delivery agent when your parcel arrives safely at your doorstep.
